newstrade has developed a web-based benchmarking program specifically for the newsagency sector.

Benchmarking will identify poorly performing areas by applying basic ratios to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs will provide you with a report showing the areas of your newsagency that are performing or under performing. This will enable you to implement strategies to improve your business.

Your investment
Each benchmarking report is prepared for your individual newsagency and is based on your key critical factors, such as rent, square metres, staff, wages and other key factors. This is then "benchmarked" against key performance indicators for the newsagency industry. The cost of each report is just $550 including GST. This investment will be repaid many times over as you use this information to improve your business and your bottom line.
