A Business Profile is a business information memorandum package compiled by Newstrade to enable a prospective purchaser, or their financial advisors to make a valued decision regarding all aspects of the particular newsagency especially financial.

The package is compiled by “source” documents provided by the seller - newsagent. This source is verified as much as practicable by newstrade with the vendor signing off on the figures as being accurate before it is presented for sale.

It is designed to help both parties Buyer and Seller minimise time and maximise accuracy without costing either party additional accounting costs.

After forwarding a completed Confidentially Agreement the Business Profile can be downloaded from this site by simply entering a personalised code provided by newstrade.
